"It took me five months to write this review. I had been waiting for the company to address my issue and gave them multiple opportunities to do so. However, it appears that once they received payment, they showed no concern. When I signed up for their package, a salesperson, possibly named Crystal, had me sign up for a pay plan through my phone. I believed this was a way for them to cover my monthly treatment expenses, as they had mentioned. I was unaware that it was actually a loan. I specifically asked the salesperson, on nearly five occasions, about the possibility of canceling my treatment due to potential travel or unforeseen circumstances, as I hold dual citizenship. The salesperson assured me, clearly and loudly, that I could cancel anytime by emailing them. When the time came to cancel due to economic hardships my family faced in 2023, I made numerous calls to the clinic, but they continuously ignored me. Finally, during my last call, I threatened to involve my lawyer and file a lawsuit, as I vividly remembered the salesperson confirming that I could cancel anytime. Subsequently, an accountant named Brittany Gomez contacted me with an unpleasant attitude, stating that they couldn't take my word as a client and that there was a refund process I needed to follow, which would take 6 to 8 weeks. This conversation took place in September 2023, and it is now February 2024. I was unable to resolve the issue with Brittany Gomez. My only mistake was trusting the salesperson who signed me up, believing that I was enrolling in a pay plan with the company, not realizing it was a loan. Having worked in sales for 13 years my self, I understand the shady practices some businesses engage in, where certain details are conveniently left out. When I specifically asked if I could cancel anytime and received a "yes" as an answer, I was deceived. If you are reading my review, I urge you to conduct business with honest individuals. Honesty is an essential aspect of any business, and this company clearly lacks it. I used to love this clinic until they changed and made it more about money than patients."

"I cannot say enough about my nutrition consultant TERRY. I feel like a made a lifelong friend in her. She is extremely easy to talk to and supportive of all the little wins and even stalls, but that's because she knows and trusts the process. She went out of her way to send me links of items that could help me in my process and was very communicative to my texts/emails. Even though she has an easy going nature, she helped push me to my goal which I have reached and where I intend to remain. AgeRejuvination is lucky to have her, just like I was. Thank you, Terry!"

"- My appointment was at 9:00am and after calling the office they finally opened the door at 9:10am apologizing that they forgot to open the door for the first patient. I thought ok, that can happen anywhere. - I meet with the coordinator before any blood work is done and she kept me in the room for nearly 1 hour trying to sell 2 treatment plans for about $5k. I continue to repeat I rather have my blood work done first, and then base it on that, but they said they knew for sure and charged me $399 for all medical visits. - 2 weeks later I meet with the nurse practitioner and honestly she was very thorough. The only good experience out of it. - After we discussed what I needed, I called the office to place the first order and 1 week later I haven’t heard from them even though the lady said I would hear from them in 24hrs. - I texted the “Coordinator” number and here I am almost 3 weeks later still waiting to hear back. - Total of lab work sent to my insurance a bit over $800. - Also, they asked for “refundable” $50 deposit to keep my appointment. A waste of time, Insurance and out of pocket money. I honestly kept ignoring the red flags but now I expect a full refund and will definitely go somewhere else."
