"Warning to all older people and family of elderly people, we just had to fly down here to Florida because David the physician here was advised my wife's grandparents needed home health as well as memory testing and David said his wife done home health and we thought they were license to do so and didn't think much about it but have found out she is not and holds no license to speak of in florida that we are aware of. After only approximately 2 weeks of her services 3 days a week we find out she isn't actually doing home care, no cooking no cleaning or even tending a wound on grandmas knee thats infected, but rather spent her time going thru paperwork in the home and even tried getting put onto their bank accounts and we have the security videos to prove it as well as a written statement from them. David has been coming to the home and setting up the computer, and as I understand it the online banking for them on a computer, they dont know how to operate as they cant even work a smart phone. I spoke with Dr Kulawik about David and his wife Dana because he works under his license not thinking he was complicit in all this but then find out these 2 are both from Pennsylvania and have been in business together even up there and as soon as I got off the phone with him he called David and David stating calling some people to cover his tracks and discuss our grandparents situation with them and we just happened to be there as it was happening and witnessed that as well. Our grandparents have different levels of dementia and these guys were taking advantage of it and have refused to get them the memory testing they need. I have all the proof and have the sherrif looking into it, as well as the abuse hotline, which has been notified. These people will make your family think they are the most trustworthy there is, but when the opertunity arises, they will set themselves up to make it possible to rob you blind. No Dr should ever be into your financials, let alone try to add themselves to your bank accounts. I've contacted several investigating news reporters as well as sent them tons of evidence, and im going to the national news next as this is common here in florida and needs to be stopped. I'm also working with the licensing board, but as we all know, Justice moves slowly, so I wanted to warn you all. Luckily, the bank found this very unusual and refused to allow her to be added, and we stopped them before it was too late for our family, but how many victims do they have, we may never know. This alone shouldn't ever be tolerated by any health care physician under any circumstances. Either these are the most ignorant Dr's out here or criminals. I personally think it's the latter because, like I said, not even 2 weeks into the service, they were already trying to gain access to bank accounts. I have a video of David stating it was at the request of the dementia patients lmao but at least it's evidence he was complicit in doing it. Anyone wanting this video or any other evidence can ask, and you shall receive!!"
