"I am very pleased with the medical care I am receiving from Dr. Martinez and his staff. His staff are kind, courtesy, and helpful. Dr. Martinez took the time to discuss my medical concerns and gave me options as to my treatment. I left his office knowing exactly what to do, what follow-ups to do, and had no additional questions. By the time I got home from my appointment, the pharmacy had called me saying my new prescriptions were ready. A few days later, I did have another question regarding my follow-up blood work. I called his office, and the staff member who answered the phone followed-up promptly and called me back after consulting with the doctor."
