"I normally do not give negative reviews but I think people need to be warned about this place. I can’t believe Dr, Morrison referred her patients to this practice! The level of incompetence is staggering. Dr ordered tests to be done ASAP - told her nurse to get the referral immediately. I Waited for WEEKS to have them contact my insurance for referrals. Then when they notified me the referral was in they made the appointment for one of THEIR radiology sites. I specifically told them the tests would be done at Memorial not at their facility! So there was another delay! They Never sent the hospital the prescription for the 1st procedure so I missed my scheduled appointment and had to wait for them to fit me in once dr’s practice faxed the script. Once again the hospital did not get the script for 2nd procedure! I spent almost 2 hours on the phone in order to get the 2nd script the day before the 2nd procedure! They NEVER called to give me the results of a biopsy - it’s been 3 months! The surgeon called me directly after trying for several hours to contact my primary dr with results! I was with Dr Morrison for about 10 years. They were all well organized - returned phone calls - the care and attention given to patients was superior! This place is horrible!"
