"Horrible first experience. I no longer believe this is the place to go if you are sick and need good care. It seemed nice and facility was clean until we saw the doctor. He did not examine the patient except for shooting the forehead with a thermometer from a foot away and ordering a chest x-ray. He stood by the door for the 30 seconds we saw him. The patient clearly had a respiratory and sinus infection and he sent them home with three different prescriptions for cough suppressants and an inhaler. Refused to prescribe antibiotics even at the patients verbal request during appointment. This is the first bad review I've ever written as I try to only praise. This experience deserved this review. Save yourself the hassle and go to another clinic."

"My husband was seen here. Wow. They went above and beyond. The doctor and nurse actually stayed a few hours later as they worked on getting my husband transferred to local hospital. They did full test on my husband and found his issue. They are truly a life saver and I would recommend anyone who needs urgent care to be seen there. Extremely satisfied."

"Excellent place! Friendly staff, and quick service. My 5 year old broke her wrist. They were very gentle, she was scared and they talked her through it, and they took their time with her we didn’t feel rushed. They genuinely cared and showed compassion every single person even the ones that weren’t caring for her and just passing by. HIGHLY recommend. I will never go to another urgent care but here! Clean and check in process was easy and quick."

"I had a fall at the airport disembarking my flight at 12.30 am on New Years Eve. The paramedics, security and police were called and checked me out and wanted to take me to the ER in Tampa. I refused to go and went home. The next day I went to GuideWell Emergency on Curlew Road, Palm Harbor. The front desk was very courteous, called me by name and took all my information. Within 10-15 minutes I was taken through to a room to see a nurse and subsequently a doctor. Both of whom were very professional. I received X-rays by their Radiologist and returned to see both the doctor and nurse who informed me there were no fractures. They called in a prescription to my pharmacy to fill for me to pick up on my way home. I received very fast, courteous and professional service by all the staff. The facility was both bright and clean. I used to teach customer service and this facility met all the expected requirements and went over and beyond. Definitely not the usual picture one thinks about of a hospital ER room!! Well done 10/10."

"Wonderful. The facility is spotless and the staff very competent and friendly. Care instructions were clear and informative and paperwork give upon discharge was complete including details of prescriptions sent to pharmacy. Today, several months after giving the above review, I went back today for a different issue. No vitals were taken. I was given some oral instructions by a PA regarding Tylenol (dose, frequency) and when I asked that it be written down for me I was told that it would be on the discharge papers. It wasn't, and when I pointed it out to the man who had me sign the discharge papers, he said that I should just ask a pharmacist who would advise me. When I protested, he went to consult the PA, and then told me a dosage and frequency, but it was not put in writing. I also told him that the steroid creme that had been prescribed for 7 days was about to expire, he said to just keep using it, contrary to the prescription."
