"Made an appointment with NP in June/July had to wait until mid December. Received a call beginning December finding out I was scheduled with Dr, which had left and the time of appointment was not the same either. When I called back to clarify, non of my insurance information was on file, including previous medical records were missing. Person on phone was very rude, I ended up cancelling my appointment. If a doctor office is loosing records and insurance information before you even get to see someone, as well as not having you scheduled at the time and with the person they originally scheduled you with, that's scary. Sadly, I can not leave a review on practitioner, which I'm sure are good medical professionals."

"It pains me greatly to leave this negative review. Dr. Findley has been my Dr. for over 20 years before suddenly and without warning abandoning her patients, whom most, including me were in mid treatment +. When I visited the office yesterday it was in complete chaos and full of patients who were abandoned in mid treatment without warning. All waiting to be triaged by a very nice Dr. whose was called in to repair the damage to patients caused by the sudden and unannounced departure of Dr. Findley. I personally was left without access to very important prescriptions involved in treating my possible life threatening conditions due to lack of foresight or concern for her patients. When I called the pharmacy for my usual refill, e I was told it had been denied.I am sure many others were in the same predicament. Dr.s are required to give 30 days notice, in writing, to all patients before abandoning their treatment of ongoing ailments. Dr. Findley wrote a letter on 11/13/2023 (which was not mailed to her patients as required by law, but left with the receptionist to hand out to patients) and left her practice on 11/18/2023. Giving her patients a whole 5 days to discover on their own that they were without medical care and make other arrangements to maintain their medical needs. This is unprofessional, unethical and goes against the hippocratic oath that Dr.s swear to uphold. I also blame Aegis Medical Co. for their lying and coverup. They claim they sent the required 30 day notice to all patients via usps. Yet they could not produce a copy of that letter and a survey of the patients in the waiting room, as well as the staff prove they are lying about this to hide neglect of their legal obligations. I hope more of Dr. Findley's patients will come forward with their tales of abandonment and that all overcome this deception and obtain the care they need to maintain their health."

"I love the Dr and employees however when trying to "Access the patient protal" on line, it takes way too long to apply given the required "security passwords" and "secret 6 digit codes" sent to your phone that you have to re-enter into the "Portal" only to be locked out in the end result is way too much security for such a minimal operation. If your advising me that my lab results are in via email, why not just include them in the email???? Having to "Access the portal" has more security requirements then than the nuclear football the president has access to. You should concentrate on making this process easier, not more difficult if you would like people to use it, because I am computer literate, however this procedure is like trying to hack into the Pentagon's top secret files."

"Feeling frustrated. I went to take my mom to see her assigned PCP, Dr Sharon White-Findley on Atwater Ave in Eustis, FL. They were forcing us to wear a mask!!! I told them that I had a Mycotoxin test done which showed an over abundance of Aspergillus mold in my lungs from my previous apartment mold and flooding issues. I ended up with a pulmonary embolism. I was willing to pull up my diagnosis of both. But since I did not have something specifically from a Doctor saying I couldn't wear a mask they were still forcing me to wear a mask. I said my lungs can't handle any more toxins especially breathing in my own CO2 but they didn't care and still forcing me to wear a mask. I said that they be would be harming me due to my condition by forcing me to wear a mask. I'm not even a doctor and is common sense that anyone with lung issues cannot wear a mask due to breathing in harmful CO2 as was shown from a professional CO2 detector the toxicity of wearing a mask. As far as I'm concerned them caring more about rules that are not even in effect and our Surgeon General is not for the enforcement of masks and less caring about the serious side effects it would impose on me is considered I feel malpractice. Shame on them!!"

"I’ve been going to Dr. Findley’s for more than 15 years and I’ve always had the best service there whether, it’s from the office personnel to Dr. Findley. She is always attentive, and up to date on medical changes. Dr. Findley makes you feel very comfortable so it’s easy to talk to her. Best doctor I’ve ever had!!! She even held my grand baby while being taken care of!!!!"
