"This place has been my favorite place I’ve found in 2 years!! The staff here is incredible. You get a warm welcome on the phone or as soon as you walk into the office. Thorough appointments where I can ask anything I want without being judged, and I know exactly what’s happening every time we go in. Love all the appointment reminders I get too. It’s about a 20 min drive for me to this office but it’s absolutely worth it!"

"My son has been coming here for going on 4 years. My daughter (8) was switched here due to issues with her previous doctor and we love it here! Only concern is a few different employees who have been rude and not very welcoming at all. There is one receptionist that always has a bad attitude and just difficult, she makes me feel like I’m being rushed off the phone. One lady that I’ve only seen once who did vitals is also very pushy and impatient with my children. My son had an accident in his pants and she made me very uncomfortable and embarrassed, she was taking his height and noticed he had gone #2 (diarrhea at that) so she rolled her eyes and grabbed a diaper from the back and says “please go change him” proceeded to hand me a trash bag and told me “when you’re done bring it to me and I will take care of it for you” shortly after, as I was walking out the door into the waiting area to leave, she then decided to hand me the pull-up infront of other clients and tell me to “take it outside to the dumpster” meanwhile I have a toddler in my arms, a backpack, phone and juice cup (I had no way of carrying it) so I put my sick, crying son down and grabbed the bag to take it out. Aside from those few issues I’ve had, our doctor is amazing as well as the main receptionist Emily! She is always going the extra mile to help answer any questions, or address any issues I may have. The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because of her, please give her a raise, she deserves it!"
