"Called twice on 2 different times, just want to make appointment. Both times was answered by same lady who was extremely rude, no simple basic politeness between 2 human beings, no greeting (picked up phone and silent, didn’t say a word. I was so confused I thought I called wrong place), no hi, no goodbye, no thank you….nothing. I asked if I could make an appointment, she was “nope doctor’s full” and that’s the end of our conversation. I guess they’re busy but simple phone etiquette wouldn’t be so hard? It was so bad I thought I was talking to an angry teenager or some no manner kid… I ran and never looked back."

"My husband is still in the office 2 hours later! It is always this way. Plus they never follow through. Calling in scripts, setting up procedures. My husband is a diabetic, he was out of his insulin, it took them 5 days to get his meds to the pharmacy! I was going to their office to tell them how incompetent they are but he said dont. He's done!"

"I love Dr. Navarro and Carrie Stanton, PA I feel like they are caring and attentive. However, the particular office staff I had to interact over the phone with regarding a conflict in a RX was rude and impatient. I can see why the office staff has a lot of turnover."

"Liked the doctor but their procedures were not professional. The doctor no longer is accepting Freedom Health HMO. I received a letter from Freedom Health giving new doctor. Contacted Dr Navarro's office and was told that by 4/1/2021 the issue would be resolved. I contacted Freedom this date and was told she is not listed as a PCP but as a specialist. I contacted Dr Navarro and was told that was correct and they didn't have the time to contact their patients. My husband has health issues and feel that the least they could have done was send a letter to us rather than me waiting. Thank goodness nothing has happened where my husband needed a PCP this month."
