"Strange to try and call during "normal business hours" that start at 8:30 and yet the answering service says 9. Getting a referral is quite a unique experience as well when your supposed to get a request sent over from a specialist first?? That's not how insurance works. It would be nice to actually see a physician once in a while as well. I realize it's a so called "learning clinic" but there's a lot to be desired. Kathie at the front desk and Regina do go above and beyond"

"The female PA held a teleconference with my mother who had been sick for a few days prior to calling. She had no voice, yellow mucous, and pain in her ears - she requested an antibiotic and was refused (twice) during the call. The PA said to “call back if you get worse”. My mother called back later that day saying she felt worse and was again refused a simple antibiotic, then told “you should go to an urgent care”. Two days later, she is worse, everything has settled into my mom’s lungs and called back. She was scheduled another telemedicine appointment with the actual doctor, and he said “I don’t know why they didn’t immediately put you on an antibiotic”. I appreciate the Dr doing his job properly, and pretty disgusted with their PA. I never write negative reviews, but why would you tell someone to wait until they’re worse (she was already in bad shape and barely had a voice), then have the audacity to tell her to go to urgent care when she is a registered patient with your office?!"

"Doc and I did a telehealth appointment, very thorough and got me the RX I needed quite quickly. I am a retired Medical Assistant and a very fussy broad! The staff, office cleanliness, Doc and Nurses are ACES! Deserve 10 stars!"

"Wonderful and caring doctors and staff. Be mindful that Dr. Gonzalez is no longer practicing. Nature Coast Center remains open and now hosts some new doctors. Michael King M.D., and Brent Rentfro, PA are the names listed at the bottom of the entry door. The Nature Coast Care Center sign on the corner of the property still recognizes Doctor Gonzalez as the founder of the practice. Location is 44 Veterans Ave. In Brooksville."
