"After 4 attempts to get scheduled, multiple times being told they'd call me back and never did, I finally show up for my appointment only to be greeted by literally the rudest most stuck up ridiculous front desk staff I've ever encountered in my entire life. Checked in early, did paperwork early, and was met with eye rolls, attitude and a 5th reschedule. Avoid at all costs."

"I have never experienced so many problems with records in a doctor's office. yesterday was the worst! i am sitting for over 4 hours waiting for a carpal tunnel surgery at The Orthopedic Institute Gainsville surgery center when a nurse finally told me that a request for my echocardiagram report requested several times from July 26 and after two phone calls yesterday had NOT BEEN RECEIVED and it was holding up my surgery. I was there at 9;30, surgery was supposed to be at 11;45 and luckily I was able to go in at 2pm. how unprofessional! Previously I had to wait 4 weeks for an MRI results after several calls and 6 months for my echocardiogram which Marge Leturmo had to call for herself at my 6 month checkup. Using the patient portal is another problem. i have been referred to the ER which turned out to be a UTI after being in the office 3 days before and another time I was told to got to Urgent Care. i was told 3 years ago this office accepts walk-ins or teleprompter calls and yet I found out otherwise. Marge Leturno is fantastic but working with the office staff and whoever answers your portal is impossible, These issues with records could be a fatal result. I even got, "they could have been put in the wrong box of another doctor " excuse,"

"This facility has been amazing ever since I switched gynecologists. The nurse Sabrina is AMAZING and definitely has made me feel comfortable speaking with her. I enjoy talking to her and she goes out of her way to make me feel understood. All of the staff is very kind, and welcoming. They answer the phone all day long, and if by the slim chance they missed my call, they always call right back. Finding a doctor and nurse to make you feel comfortable and understood in uncomfortable situations is crucial to the experience. I will not go anywhere else! Thank you nurse Sabrina and Dr. Sobel! :)"
