"I was incredibly disappointed with the care I received at this place. Not once during my 2 visits did I feel like my pain was being taken seriously. Because its a "satellite" clinic, the Dr I saw was a face on a screen, not an in-person consultation with someone who actually cares. I spoke with him for less than 10 mins and described my pain to him (as well as to at least 3 other people in that office) and it was very obvious his only concern was liability, not treating my pain. Instead of sending me home with a prescription that made any kind of sense, the Dr prescribed me this topical liquid that barely works and some pills for my stomach. The second day I was there, I sat on the examination bed in tears while the nurse performed this bizarre "tap therapy" on my back and neck. Despite how much pain I told her it was causing me to the point of being in tears, she said it was necessary for stimulating blood flow to the areas that hurt the most and continued. Afterwards, I blatantly asked for something stronger than the medicine I was given, and the nurse came back and said the Dr wants me to try the topical stuff and stomach pills a little longer. When I asked how long, she said till the next week. Even though she basically just tortured me for 10 minutes and caused me more pain than I came in with that day. I had also attempted to show my bruises to the nurse because I wasn't sure if the staff there really understood just how bad my injuries were, and she didn't even care to look at them. She just said she'd "make a note of it" and moved right along with complete indifference. Your patient is crying in your face, covered in bruises, complaining I need something better because the topical whatever it was isn't working, you can actually see why I'm hurting, you have xray evidence of where it is originating from, and still I'm expected to wait an entire week and continue enduring these torturous "treatments" before you'll actually treat my pain? No thanks!!! I did manage to find somewhere else that actually wants to treat me and help me recover instead of making my pain worse and forcing me to endure it three times a week for three months. My new Dr / chiropractor is actually available to see me in person, he does an in depth analysis of where all my pain is and the intensity of my pain each time I come in, took time to look at my bruises and document them, uses biofreeze, ice packs, lidocain patches, massages, etc. I actually left this new place with some relief on my very first day with them and the nurses also speak to me with compassion unlike the LaRocca facility where they made me feel like a nuisance every time I said something. Some other things worth mentioning: the music in the LaRocca office is insanely too loud. I was not in the mood to hear upbeat, party music on a local radio station blaring on the speaker right behind me while my head is pounding and everything hurts. The office is also really bland and intimidating, all white walls and no decor, bathroom constantly has an "out of order" sign but people are still told to go in and use it, and the reception staff seemed impossibly cold and robotic. And lastly, I'm pretty sure I caught a glimpse of one of them laying on the cement behind the building, maybe taking a nap? She had scrubs on.. so she definitely looked like staff. Very unsightly and unbecoming for new patients who are looking for serious care after a super traumatic car accident. 2 visits was enough to convince me I'm never, ever going back."

"This place is a joke!!! There is no Dr. LaRocca, they constantly change "CHIROPRACTORS" & they start treating YOU before they get results from MRI's & CTScans. The worse part is no phone in the office other than a receptionist by the name of "CYNTHIA"! Who happens to be very rude unless you're African American."
