""Unfortunately, my experience with Williston Care Center was extremely disappointing. The care provided to my loved one was subpar and fell far below the standards I expected. The staff members were often inattentive, and my loved one's needs were frequently overlooked. Basic hygiene and cleanliness were lacking, and the facility itself appeared to be in a state of disrepair. Communication with the staff was also poor, with little to no transparency about my loved one's care plan and overall well-being. Furthermore, there were concerning incidents where medication was not administered correctly, and my loved one's medical needs were not appropriately addressed. This lack of professionalism and attention to detail is unacceptable in a facility entrusted with the care of vulnerable individuals. I was left feeling deeply troubled and dissatisfied with the level of care provided at Williston Care Center, and I would caution others to thoroughly consider their options before entrusting the well-being of their loved ones to this facility."

"this facility is not good, first off they don't care what you tell them about your loved one, they do what they want, and they will change meds & stop meds without contacting you, they took my husband off his heart medicine and never told me, thank God I had him moved to a better facility, and the hospital was real close. and that is not even half of what we went though with this place, they are real bad, when I moved my husband, they stole all his clothes(7 days worth), robe, jacket, favorite hat, his teeth (dentures) and his phone. and there is plenty more I could tell about this place. I you want your loved one to be taken care of properly don't put them here."

"My Grandma was a resident here recently , she received the best care than any other facility she’s been too she told me. The CNA’s and Nurses was very supportive and helped her in every way they could possibly. The Administration makes sure they make their daily rounds to check on her and the other residents in the facility. 10/10 If you are looking for rehab or someone for your loved one give them a call."
