"Yeesh went to take my daughter here for birth control and what a ghetto dump. Staff are rude, not helpful and good lord late as heck. When I went to get up they were rude and told me I couldn't go with her. She was nervous as she should be all these people who work here have 0 people skills. Definitely my worst planned parenthood experience. Don't come the the ghetto for treatment/help they are unprofessional."
"So I guess they decided to pack up and leave early. Both website and sign outside says open until 7pm on Thursdays. I'm here at the location at 5pm, and no one is here! I have my appointment and I guess it just doesn't matter? Unprofessional and insane! Fix your times if they're not accurate or, idk, be here?? Wasting my time and my gas."
"I’d like to say thank you to everyone who works at this location. It can’t be easy, and yet they’re still the most welcoming place I’ve ever been to. The reception, nurses, and doctors are always friendly and compassionate. It means so much to me that they take the time to make sure that I am as comfortable as possible during my appointments. I struggle with all OBGYN care, so keeping me occupied with conversation and wiping away my tears goes a long way, even during routine paps. Thank you all for being so wonderful! It does not go unnoticed."
"I had a better experience at Planned Parenthood than I've had at most doctors and Gynos in terms of speed, compassion, professionalism, and thoroughness, and patience. I didn't feel rushed, and the staff was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. Their online portal is very quick and easy to use to see all of your information, test results and communicate with them. I would go here for all of my health care if I could."
