"Went here for an employee pre-drug test. After I waited for over 90 minutes I went up to ask about how much longer my wait time would be. The tech came out and after not listening to the decision made a choice and said “I’m not doing his drug test” making the choice about someone else’s employment. This entire experience was disgraceful and every employee should be disgraced to work there. You are all failures. If any single one of you blames the patient in this moment you need to look at how the patient was pushed by your choices beforehand and realize that you caused the whole situation with your actions. The tech and the front end associates need to be fired in this case as they are garbage at their jobs."

"Every staff member that was involved in helping me was both professional and efficient, but also kind and caring. I only waited four minutes before they were able to see me at my scheduled appointment. The other care spot on 43rd is just as caring."
"They made me pay the copay before being seen and then made me wait over an hour for a scheduled appointment. The nurse was scowling at me and didnt tell me any information while she took my vitals and made blood pressure cuff way too tight. The doctor was chill and very understanding though. It is worth the wait if nothing else is available since the doctor was able to diagnose me and get me correct medications."
"I went to this urgent care because I wasn’t feeling well after having my second son. They were very attentive to my needs and quickly realized I needed to go to the hospital. They made sure I understood what was happening and made sure I was as calm and comfortable as possible. The nurse practitioner really listened to me and took all my concerns seriously and acted quickly when he realized it was an emergency situation. I highly recommend coming here!"
