"Receptionist is incredible and so was the nurse. Wait time was horrid - had an appointment at 10am and was not seen by the doctor until 11:40am. Doctor was very blunt and uncompassionate. He seemed like he hates his job and didn’t want to be here."
"I had to come in with a sore throat on Thanksgiving. Every single person I dealt with (receptionist, med assistant, and NP) were incredibly kind and efficient. They were especially pleasant, considering they were working on a holiday. I was in and out quickly, they called in my prescription promptly so it was already started before I left the office, and had the info on hand for the only available pharmacy given the holiday. The med assistant was patient, gentle, and made an unfortunately timed illness far less unpleasant. The NP made great recommendations and talked me through the options for treatment. So thankful to have such great staff, especially on a holiday when nobody wants to be at the doctor! Thank you CareSpot for being awesome!"
"Better care spot in town! Not as long of a wait compared to the ones closer to Archer and University. Plenty of parking as well. Was in and out within an hour!"
"If you have to do a drug test for a job, DO NOT COME HERE. I used the bathroom 3 times and had to leave for another Drs appointment. I don't want to go back but, this is for a job. And NOW I see the reviews for "drug test". Why I didn't go to my own Drs. Office, I will never know but, I will NEVER come back to this SPOT for ANYTHING else. I'm in touch with my employer and they're wondering why??? I wonder what they would do if it was an ACTUAL emergency. I almost wet myself just sitting in the waiting room. Now, I have to sit yet again, and drink water so I can actually give the urine. This is a horrible place. The fact it says EXPRESS is laughable."
