UF Health Family Medicine - Haile Plantation

"So I just saw a Doc there for my fractured spine. Apparently he uses this facility at times. We’ll point being I pay out of pocket for everything. My bill was litter over $300.00 I payed online . Well next day I had two more bills . I called today and was told the $300 was for my MD and the $506.00 was for my x-ray. Really???? Was told this was at discount. So now I’m on a payment plan for $84.34 for 6 months Just so you know an MRI is $150.00 per view. Will bring my own next time!!! Not sure if M D knows , x-ray makes more than you…"

"After being a long term patient seeing Dr Mctiernan, I wished to transfer my care to a new doctor within the same clinic since I was dissatisfied with his care. The clinic refused to allow me to change primary care doctors within this clinic, so I am being forced to move my services to another family medicine clinic all together. Seems odd that a clinic would not want to retain its own patients by allowing me to change doctors"

My daughter is with Dr. Hansen and she's very likable and makes her feel at ease. These doctors remember us every time we go, and treat us as people, not numbers.
