"I’m going to echo most of what has been said here - both good and bad. Dr. K is fantastic, and everything you want in a PCP. She’s thorough, asks a ton of questions, and makes you feel heard. If I could rate this office on my experience with her alone it’d be a 5/5, easily. The doctor in charge of bloodwork also was great - super nice and communicative on everything that was happening. Unfortunately when you take into account the other important factors you need to consider with a PCP like the ease of getting a script filled, having voice mails listened and responded to, and having results/referrals be properly communicated, things go down hill. My first script I ever received from the office wasn’t called in when they said it was. I was told I’d have two referrals on my first visit - the first took 3 phone calls and about 2 and a half weeks to make happen. 2 of the 3 phone calls weren’t answered (and their accompanying voicemails weren’t returned). The second took just over 2 and a half months! I left several voicemails letting them know I hadn’t heard anything back and hadn’t received contact from the office regarding the referral. An office finally did contact me, and when I asked they told me they had received the referral only days prior. I really think the office staff are letting a great doctor down. I obviously dont know the full story here, but as a 26 year old who knows nothing and has never had strong feelings about a visit to a medical office… this was REALLY bad. So much so I am putting myself through the headache of getting in with another PCP."

"Highly recommend Dr. Kaye to anyone looking for a physician who cares and listens. She is super knowledgeable and committed to figuring out what is going on with her patients."

"Dr. Alex has been great, however the billing office seems to be questionable. Recently was charged for an annual physical that my insurance confirmed should not have been. After talking with the billing office, they eluded that it was Dr. Alex's fault for coding the visit incorrectly. I found this questionable considering I was charged before meeting with Dr. Alex, and when I did, he wasn't sure of the reason of the visit (appointment was requested for an annual physical). After letting the billing office know this and asking for guidance on what's next, I was ghosted. Calling the office results in no calls back and being directed to a voice mailbox. Emails unanswered and sadly after being ignored for over a week now, I am just left with posting this as a negative review and going through other means to resolve it myself. Great Doctors, if you use them carefully review your charges and consult with your insurance provider to make sure it is accurate."

"Haile Medical Group is amazing! Kimberly is such a well-rounded doctor who treats patients accurately and quickly. You can tell that the staff and doctors truly care about their patients, which is so hard to find these days. In fact, I drove 4 hours just to go to this office. Jennifer, their referrals manager, is great about keeping in touch and making sure your appointment gets made. As I said, I don’t even live near the office but they know my name and my history every time I call to speak to them. I cannot praise this medical group enough!"
