Palms Medical Group - Bell is a not-for-profit health care provider located at 1830 North Main Street in Bell, Florida. Our dedicated team is committed to providing quality, affordable primary care and preventative services to our patients. Our services include family practice, pharmacy, chiropractic, behavioral health, x-rays, and lab services.
Our pharmacy is available for your convenience, with hours from Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm and Friday 8:30am-12pm;2pm-5:30pm. The clinic is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. We are closed on weekends.
Palms Medical Group is a FTCA Deemed Facility and is an equal opportunity provider and employer. We receive HHS funding and have Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health-related claims. "Palms Medical in Bell, Florida provides outstanding care. Our large family has been seeing mostly Dr. Grace Dunn for years and we wouldn't go anywhere else, even though we live closer to other providers in High Springs."
"Unfortunately this facility is going down hill. Same day appointments can't make future appointments. Can't seem to see my Dr. When need to. Have to see a nurse instead. I checked in at 11:15 with a 11:20am appointment sat 1hr 45min in office listening to them take other patients with their paper thin walls. To be told I didn't check in till 12:06 thinking I was late to my apartment. So while I'm being punished for their mistake on times I was late to a job meeting thanks to this again. It's time to start seeing a Dr that can schedule future a appointments ahead of time and with z staff that actually can do their job correctly so im not paying for their mistakes. Only thing good about palms is pharmacy being close to home. Suggest getting more Dr's' in this place instead of just Dr Dunn with this schedule of patients that need to be seen."
"Me and my daughter love to go to Bell Palms when we need to see a doctor, this facility is very clean and friendly. They have super doctors/nurses. It doesn't have a stale air smell when you walk in to the office. As far as we are concerned this is the best when needed."
"Great primary care physician is here. We drive almost an hour to get here because we get such great service. Nurses are caring and thorough as is other office staff. Don't really wanna recommend to anyone because I don't want my doctor to be in demand so much that we cannot get in to see her when we need to. Lol"
"The Palms group have a very patient and understanding staff. However just like to give a shout out to Dr. Logan Redmond. New to Palms but very thorough and patient and does everything to help and make u as comfortable as possible. All the doctors here are wonderful though and always have enjoyed my time when coming here."
