"This Office is Fantastic.. From the Receptionists to the Nurses right to the Doctor. Not sure of all the Bad Reviews. Granted, the vast majority are from a few years ago and Places Change. As would seem to be the case here. And Also some people just are NOT Happy unless they are Bitching about Something... I have ZERO complaints with this UF Health Office. The Staff have ALL been Very Helpful AND Professional every time I call or have been in to see Dr. HARRELL. If I use the Auto Call Back feature that's offered, I get the return call within 30 minutes. I recommend this Place to anyone seeking health care."

"I'm a Over the Road truck driver that has Health Insurance. I wasn't feeling my best so I Googled this place since I was passing through. When I arrived it was approximately 15 minutes before closing. I explained to the receptionist that I wasn't feeling good and I thought that it may be a sinus infection. I also said I understood that they were about to close. I asked if they could just check my Blood to make sure I wasn't on the verge of a stroke or something. I also said that I would pay if my insurance wasn't accepted. They pointed me in the direction of the EMS office. Wow !!! Thanks for nothing"
"This is the worst Dr office I've ever been to en my entire life. Unorganized and care nothing for their patients. Every single time I need a refill on my medicine, they will never turn it in unless I remind them to do their job at least 10 times. The Dr is incompetent and doesn't care for his patients. The office staff are borderline illiterate. DO NOT USE Dr. Harrell EVER. Never in my life have I had such a hard time getting my meds filled. I hate this office and will try to find a new one. I would give ZERO stars, but I had to put at least 1 for the review. They deserve NO STARS."
