"They are split staff over two offices and they have a really hard time with accurate record keeping. Especially, on the medical side. I really wanted to like this place but a few major concerns.... on the orthopedic side the doctor carries no medical malpractice insurance claiming that he doesn't carry it because it makes it harder for people to sue him... okay but still super sketchy ... He also had his nurse go through the initial with me, I guess she missed a few questions. The Dr. very unprofessionally made me wait to go get her, tells her in the hall outside the room what she did wrong makes her come back in to talk to me before continuing. Sure, I have all the time in the world for you to sort out your staffing issues, why the doctor didn't ask me the questions himself then address with the nurse afterward is beyond me... I will say that the Dr. did seem to know his stuff and minus his attitude the work he did was very effective ... on the medical side they have really bad coverage. I tried for weeks to get in for an appointment, no convenient times. The doctor, who I found out later was a nurse, decided not to come in for work unexpectedly. She took an unexpected day off granted these happen, but and they cancelled all the appointments that day on the day, no back ups, no plan for reschedules; it's unacceptable they don't have proper coverage. Furthermore, they split with the orange park office but the orange park office doesn't have certain equipment etc. ... prepare to get the run around.... then there was an issue with a note in my file I found on accident because the admin person was clearly not paying attention to what I was saying and listening to the purpose for my call, so she shared that little incorrect detail. Then has the audacity to give me attitude about it. There's only one lady upfront very nice, but she seems to be the only one who knows what is going on, and she is not there all day so I call back after speaking with her setting it straight to talk to someone who doesn't have a clue... I went to my first visit and they missed my signature on a very important document (Consent Form) they shouldn't have even seen me without it, but she caught it my next visit made me back date it, I'm sure that was legal.... Just incredibly unorganized and very unprofessional."
