"Had an appointment for my BF. Checked in 10 min early and set up to have them text when ready. Nobody texted , we went back in after a while and didnt see his name on the checked in screen. Finally someone came to call someone back and I asked about it and they took him back but would not let me back there with him. I have always gone back with him as he has anxiety about it. Apparently they had a policy change."

"Small lobby, wait inside of it if you want to be called. My appt was at 8 and i was called at 8. I was there for an hour glucose test and in 1 hour i was immediately called back in. My nurse in room 4 was kind, fast. Gentle and efficient. Anytime i have blood drawn its at quest and ive never had a bad experience here. Just dont be a walk in because you will wait for awhile, but that should be expected."

"Stacy the lady that drew my blood for my labs was phenomenal. I am a hard stick and she did not stick me until she found a suitable vein. She also did my daughter’s prenatal bloodwork and I’ll just say Quest needs more caring and understanding people like Stacy. Kuddos to a job well done!!!"

"Came in for an appt. Was taken back quickly but told my order didn’t come through from my doctor. I kindly (and being confused) explained that I had an email confirmation that they received my order, as well as verbal confirmation from my doctor of the same. The lady told me oh well she doesn’t have it and now I need to go to the lobby. I was in the process of trying to call my doctor to see what was going on and she all but pushed me out the door stating she would call security if I didn’t leave. Within 3 minutes of walking in I was being threatened with security for trying to figure out what was going on. She had no compassion, no understanding of my situation and refused to be of literally any help. She said she didn’t have my order and pushed me out the door without trying to help me out whatsoever. I will never use another quest location after the treatment that I received here."

"Waited 2 and a half hours, partner and I (as well as 4 other people) were turned away at end of day. They didn't take a single walk-in patient for over an HOUR AND A HALF (almost half the time they were open). They were seeing 7 people at a time at one point and then dropped to seeing 1 person for half an hour. They left multiple drop off patients sitting for OVER an hour. And the main woman who was talking to us, waiting patients, was very sharp, rude, and snotty every time she updated us all. That same nurse handed an appointment out to a woman because she didn't sign in as a walk-in properly. So this woman was seen before other people who had been waiting longer than her/actually had appointments, as well as not getting the cut off all the other walk-ins got. I normally love and boast about this location but this is such a disappointment and a huge downturn in treatment. I really hope y'all fix back out your system and talk with your staff."
