"The dr always listened. And I thank.him for the service he gave me. But when you are a patient with psychiatric issue, and RA the last thing you need is the lady up front giving you a hard time about mixing up your appointment days, or telling you " shes confused" . As if I am supposed to remember dr Ls very odd scheduling times. Sick with flu since friday, forgot about my appointment, and she said she was confused? Confused? Are you confused or just trying to shame patients that cant get eveything figured out? Im sick, unwell and compassion was not served. I forgot to pick up my medicine from drop box and was asked TO NEVER do that again, thats a big NO NO. Im done with being made to feel shame by these dr offices, when i already walk around with it everyday of my life."

"Really good psychiatrist. If you are looking for someone to listen to your problems for 45 minutes schedule an appointment with a therapist. I read his previous reviews and it seems to me patients don’t know the difference between a psychiatrist and a therapist. I’ve had two video calls with him and it’s been great. He does his job and does a great job doing it :). Shani is also amazing she’s part of his office staff! # Team Laubenthal"
