"I will never go to another urgent care in Niceville again. I’ve been to the new one that they built next to Starbucks and you can check my other reviews for that one. SMH. But I do need to say that today’s visit, while being sick and alone, was the most pleasant it could’ve been. The staff truly shows that they care and will do whatever it takes to provide the best service they can. Kyle was the doc and had an excellent bedside manner. He listened and wasn’t overbearing or diminishing. Lauren at the desk saved me an copay and Bernie was friendly when she did my triage. Everything was fluid and I was in and out and under an hour."

"This place is an absolute joke, First when I went I had to wait 20 minutes for the receptionist to return from her lunch break to get checked in. (She walked in with firehouse and then checked me in) then the PA told me my 9 month old daughter had an ear infection but that it wasn’t that bad. He told me if it got worse to call back and he would call something in. I did just that and they told me I needed to bring her back in. So I basically wasted my time the first time I went in?! I live in crestview but was in niceville when we went so it was convenient but now it’s not convenient for me to not only drive all the way back to Niceville to be redeem but to load up my 9 month old twins."
