"Hello. I’ve been a veteran patient of Santa Rosa Medical Center for ten-plus years. With the most recent structure changes in management, I have experienced the worst customer service during my appointment. While sitting in the lobby, I overheard the receptionists discussing “how-to’s” with other patients in a public setting. The rooms in the back right of the building were uncomfortable, not inviting, and extremely hot. The restroom near the back rooms was so small that I could not “sit” correctly on the toilet and more or less turn around. Overall, poor quality. I’m willing to give a second chance, but I believe comfortability is vital for customers. I sincerely hope reviews are considered."

"Dr. George is very professional and always takes the time to ask if I have any questions or concerns. She’s the only doctor that has ever personally called to check up on me after a procedure. I’ve never felt rushed during an appointment with her either, very thorough. However, I can never get a real person on the phone since she moved to Santa Rosa Women’s Center. You have to leave a message and wait for someone to call you back. This was never an issue when her office was on Berryhill Drive."
