"This place has saved me in so many ways. The staff all have fantastic attitudes and the counselors are always ready to help you even if you don't have an appointment scheduled. Natalie in my opinion is the best counselor hands down and Timber, Laura, and Micha are the best nurses. Debbie the receptionist always seems to be in good mood.Of course that is only my humble opinion. Drew who is the supervisor/boss is always there ready and willing to address any issue you may have. "God rescued me from “pill hell” and my own hypocrisy as a preacher abusing Percocet. I was “ out of my mind” about to check in at Lakeview and God sent Panhandle. You see, I should have been dead because my last purchase turned out to be Fentanyl, instead of Percocet. But God….20 pills later and I was still standing. I did not realize I was given Fentanyl until it showed up in a drug test. I SHOULD be DEAD! But God, who is rich in mercy kept me here to warn others! Panhandle CTC started my God led journey to recovery. Panhandle has been competent and caring. Counselors have told me what I needed to know, not what I wanted to hear. So, not only did the Methadone prescribed eliminate the Percocet abuse, it gave immediate relief from my pain. 100% better than the Percocet with only one dose ( per day). No more counting pills, chronic constipation, wasted money, and most importantly NO more sinning against the Lord. "By far the most caring and supportive, compassionate clinic I have ever been on. They greet you whenever you walk in & by your name. Since I have left the clinic in Cantoment my anxiety and stress have dissipated & what a feeling that is. I'm a middle aged lady whom has had addiction for more than half my life & trust me when I say this, it's truly phenomenal to have the support of each member at CTC Drew whom is the director goes above and beyond to see that your needs are meant & then you have Miss. Natalie the supervisor whom is always there willing to help in whatever way she can. Miss. Debbie is the secretary whom you see first as you enter the door & she is so very sweet & always greets you with a Good Morning and How are you? Then you have Miss. Layla the counselor and let me tell you this, she is by far one of the best counselors that I have had throughout my years of addiction!!! When I speak with her she truly involves herself with what you are saying & she will help you out with whatever you need. The 3 nurses there, oh my God they are absolutely amazing young ladies. ALWAYS there to help assist you in whatever your needs are. This clinic is extremely clean!!!! There is NO garbage thrown all over the ground nor are there cigarettes butts or people hanging around. Here at CTC that is not tolerated!!!!!! If YOUR sincere about your recovery I couldn't express enough to whom ever may read this that you should consider coming aboard and start living a stress free, drama free & all that other nonsense that goes on at other clinics. Change your life for the future and give this clinic a try. I'm telling you that this program is 1 of the best by far in the Pensacola area.
