"It saddens me to have to edit my review. I used to love coming to see Dr. Bautista. He was very honest, visit and pills cost 55 dollars and it remained the same for the entirety of my visits. I had some life changes and returned. Came to find out that it was under new management. So, I made an appointment. I was told that I would have to do a 1 hour class. It was going to cost 69.00 dollar. Ok, cool. Then after the class I got a prescription which I then had to taoe to a pharmacy, cost 45 dollars to get the pills. I come back the next month, paid more for visit w/out pills, pills was additional. I stopped going because I could not afford it. Then I come back one more time a couple months later, and now the visit was like 89 dollars without the pills, by now they have the pills at the clinic, at extra cost 18.99. Then, next month it was 89 for visit and the pills increased again in price. And it got to a point where I no longer feel like they care about my health goals but they care about getting as much money as they can from you. How do you go from a Dr. That charged 55 for visit and pills, to an unpredictable visit fee, and unpredictable cost for pills. I just quit going, and I am truly saddened. I will be looking to go else where. I wish I could find Dr. Bautista. At least he was straight from the get-go and not after my pocket book."

"115 first time in you see a video talk to the Dr get some info pay for some pills. Come back 90 bucks for 2 minutes to weigh you sell more pills they never said there was an office fee for each visit which takes no time at all what a rip off!! Never would have started had I known about this recurring fee."

I have lost 40 lbs and I feel so much better about myself physically and I have more energy. Dr Laura is awesome she taught me so much. And her staff are all so sweet and professional. "They don't judge, they listen and make suggestions to help you reach your goals. The B-12 shots are effective and an added bonus to the program for the extra boost of energy you need. The best thing is they aren't overpriced and they are very professional and genuinely the nicest people you will ever meet in the weight loss field.What have you got to lose going to see them?.
