"This place is absolutely HORRIBLE I was going there for many years...NO blood work when needed, Lynsey is a VERY RUDE individual and doesn't care about the patients needs. DR. PK plainly said in front of her to text the number for my MRI, she ignored the fact I did text, I ask for a MRI for over 4 months and nothing. Lynsey needs to have a heart doing the job she has because SHE DOES NOT CARE IF YOU'RE DYING she'll laugh in your face. The place is filthy THE ONLY ONE GOOD PERSON THERE IS BRENDA THE TRIAGE NURSE.Oh one time blood work was done they could not locate results, I called and said im driving up in the hospital parking lot within 3 to 5 minutes their calling they located my results. Dr. PK obviously doesn't know about his unprofessional uneducated noncaring staff."

"Staff is caring and kind. They carry a lot of patients in order to treat those in need. They offer sliding scale appts for primary care and Saturday appts for recovery managed by medication. Or so I thought... I still think the staff is great, but, Recently I drove all the way to their office in Pensacola for a scheduled appt, at 4 pm. I called to say I would be 5 mins late (they also offer appts and such - via text). As I arrived to the appt I received a text that said they closed at 4 even though their hours of operation were 1-4:30 at this location and posted on the door as 1-5. I was upset because I had to make an appt for the next day, adding to gas bill and general inconvenience. Overall this is a decent place to go. But situations like this do not put the patient first. I guess everyone has a life and obligations outside of work. I will update my review as needed."

"I went in after not going in several years and was treated like I had never left....front desk worker was nice,informative,quick. Brenda was as nice as always. Peter knew what he was doing and patient friendly. Dr Garg was friendly. They have streamlined things and made it bearable. If people have complaints then they need to get another place. Anywhere you go in today's world you have some kind of wait but this is well within reason. Great people doing good work."

"Was very grateful for the inexpensive and professional car Dr. Garg knows his stuff and was dead on with his diagnosis when no one else could tell me what my problem was. Peter was great as well. A little unorganized at times but they are very busy. If you need great inexpensive care go there. I started going when I had no insurance and keep going after i got it. Dr Garg is the greatest."

"He was an okay doctor and I would have gave them a higher grade, but after I found a permanent I no longer went there, this ended back in 2007. Fast forward to today and I'm checking my credit report and there's a 130 dollar charge from them. For starters, he only deals in cash.......that's it. And it's $40 a visit. You don't have it.........he don't see you. So watch out people.....this dude might be throwing all kinds of "charges" on peoples credit reports."
