"These folks where the only ones that helped me with the care of my mother! They worked with my homecare group VIATAS FOR OVER A YEAR. If I could not go to a doctor they are to see me and stepped up to care for me and helped as I was 24/7 care at home with mother in a hospital bed."

"Incredible service! We were fortunate to find this service! A complete godsend!!! They take care of my elderly mother that lives in Destin. She doesn’t have to leave her condo they come to her! They are prompt, easily to reach, and very thorough with a complete work up! She is 88 and we never had a dr/dr office be this great! I highly recommend their services! They send the labs out and PT, my mother (dementia) doesn’t have to leave! I read the other reviews and I think they are based on office staff when they first start up not the actual services itself. However. We had Shirley and she was great! She made it all happen immediately no waiting!!!! I honestly believe that my mother is still living strong bc of them caring deeply and always coming out to check on her! This gives her the quality of life that everyone wants their love one to have!!! She has Medicare and we don’t have to pay extra! I am writing this in hopes to help another family like they have us! Laura is our main NP and she is professional, friendly, kind, and compassionate! I highly recommend her!!! I am very grateful and we appreciate all they have done for us!!! We don’t have to drag her out for each appt they are here!! They have changed our life!!!! Again, I highly recommend!!!"

"These folks have been terrible to work with, and seem to be unable or unwilling to discuss the patient's care with the family or the specialist that was consulted. Tests have been requested by the specialist, but PCHC either didn't do the tests, or couldn't be bothered to report the results to the specialist. We are looking at other options for the CARE we need for our family member."

"The office staff are friendly when you call but unfortunately I think that’s where it ends. I have tried for months to get PCHC to implement a drs order from an outside office and they just seem incapable or unable to order a simple monthly blood test. They do not seem well trained in the care of very elderly Alzheimer’s patients. Taking my loved one to a Dr appt is VERY taxing for her and me but I’m unconvinced she’s receiving proper monitoring through PCHC. They are the choice of last resort because the facility where my loved one lives uses them."
