"Had a 4th birthday party here and it was PERFECT! The party hosts were extremely helpful. I showed up with cupcakes and had pizza delivered and they handled everything else. I was able to enjoy spending time with everyone and enjoying the party versus running around making sure everything was handled. And it was also very fairly priced. I would HIGHLY recommend!"

"We were really disappointed in the birthday party we threw here. We were sold on a stress free party and it was nothing but stressful. We were told to drop of decor as wanted the night before and it HAD to be the night before so they can be put up. We got there 30 min before the party and NOTHING was done. We offered to help several times but it’s “policy” for us to not help. Yet they obviously needed it. We were promised an obstacle course time which was good, and then a dance party but they never did the dance party. The cake room wasn’t even set up when it was time to eat and have cake. All my guests sat in dead silence while the employee took out food and drinks. When I offered to help she said no it’s policy for her to serve yet , nothing was being served. Only half of the favor bags were given out which they said they would do as people left at the door. Yes my child is young and won’t remember but cmon, I paid $275 for her to basically play for 1.5 hrs. Just do what you promise. We won’t be throwing anymore parties here."
