"Jax Aero has a well maintained fleet with a selection of excellent instructors who will help you achieve your goals! Earned my PPL 9/5/23 and wrapping up instrument now on the pro pilot program. Ben and John are experienced leaders who understand aviation and pilot training. The CFII’s (Shauna, Donny, Preston, and more) all have excellent knowledge and skill to keep you safe while growing in your aviation Journey. Can’t leave out our main man Bruce in maintenance keeping the blue side up. The airfield, KCRG, is a great location to train because it’s just busy enough to keep you on your toes with challenging airspace around it but great controllers to manage everything. The airfield has numerous options to the N,W, and S to accomplish training missions which is extremely convenient and helps keep things fresh."

"I was the first student to enrol here, having started after taking a long break pre solo at ERAU part 141. Heavily considering going to ATP part 61, I am now glad I put my trust and money on JaxAero. I have seen this company grow exponentially, acquiring more aircraft and recruiting more students. The planes have mostly been upgraded to the max, including glass displays and even autopilot, making training easier and safer. They follow rigorous maintenance schedules to keep the aircraft airworthy for the operation conducted. As a student or renter we have access to a next level sim capable of simulating the school fleet to the worst weather conditions possible. This became a great asset for pre solo students following checklists and instrument students learning to fly a needle. The scheduling software used here is one of the best I’ve seen. One can easily see how much money is on account, check how far from 100hr an airplane may be, as well as any recent issues reported and when the next scheduled activity is. After soloing and gaining Private, Instrument, and Commercial SE certificates and comparing the total cost to what my fellow peers have paid for similar training on much less taken care of planes I reiterate how happy I am with my initial investment. Just as a degree, these are costly ratings, but they lead to a great career. Those who help you on this journey of becoming a pilot stay with you for the rest of your career. They employ the best instructors here, who want not hours but to see their student succeed and become a safe aviator and years later pilot that ERJ/CRJ as an FO or wherever this career may lead, because there are multiple avenues to take. Ben and John who initiated this flight school having gained internal knowledge from the pilot training industry care about their client’s investment and will do everything possible to make becoming a pilot as affordable as possible. There are multiple options at CRG for a flight school but the best training for the least money is this one. JaxAero!"
