"“Glass with attitude” is right. Judy was very short with us and not helpful for our first time, she focused on her recurring customers that she clearly knew. There were 7 of us attempting to make stuff at a time. They should not allow people to pick up pieces during class time, as she was constantly pulled away and we had to wait long periods of time to get help. There was minimal explanation as to what all was at our disposal to use or how the process worked. Not worth the money, unfortunately."
