"This is our second time back within two days and we are very impressed with this place! We came late last night and Vanessa welcomed us with a big smile and graciously helped us with the menu, never making us feel bad for coming 15min before closing. We had the veggie burger and guilt free fried rice last night. Both were phenomenal and made us feel good about ourselves. Today, we are back! We love it here! Love the healthy ingredients!"

"Always happy with any carrot Xpress location I have been to. Also this one does not defer from the others. Great service nice staff and very clean. Their food is always very filling, healthy and delicious. Carrot cakes are always a great ending to your meal. Prices are also very good for the amount of food you’re getting. A big salmon power browl is about $20 I could barely finish half, so filling and filled with great nutrients! Never disappoints. Lots of parking in the plaza free, of course. They had a robot waiter delivering our food to our tables."

"I ate here around noon on a Thursday; not crowded at all. Plenty of free parking. Inside was modern, bright and super clean. I ordered the açaí bowl and it was plentiful, fresh and delicious. I really wanted a sandwich but, 1. I found them VERY pricey; 2. There is a lack of vegetarian options — at a place called carrot express???!!! (That’s why my review dropped to 4 stars). You order at the counter, get a number, and your food is delivered BY A ROBOT!! I loved that! It’s fun to watch. Another complaint, and it is not just at this place, is they ask for a tip at the counter when you pay. Tips are for good service and should be left for good service after you get service, not before.. It’s intimidating and expected and it’s annoying (but every place seems to do it). My robot gave me very good service and I would have left 20% but I gave 18% because I didn’t know what my service would be when I ordered. This is just a gripe with me, but does not alter my review."

"I’ve been to several Carrot Express- including the original Carrot on Miami Beach. They’re always great! I love the selection of fresh, healthy food. I love all of their salads. This location has a robot that delivers your food to your table. Cool! The prices are pretty reasonable. I hope the add some outdoor seating. I’m so glad this location finally opened! I’ve been waiting a long time. I hope they send out another flyer coupon. The first one arrived August 10th, and had expired July 31st!"

"I love the decor and atmosphere here. I had a California eggwich and my friend had the green goddess salad with the salmon burger. This place is a little pricey but you get what you pay for. The greens in the salad were a beautiful deep green color and tasted delicious. My sandwich was absolutely delicious. It also came with a green sauce (must have been avocado based) which just kicked it up a few more notches."
