But in practice, the base will only take you so far, before being confronted with a real-life situation a book didn’t provide the answer for. I’ve been a student of Ed Klopfer’s School for over 20 years, for Mortgage and Real Estate. As a former corporate management instructor, I appreciate the personal insight the instructors at this school provide. CJ Lee is a wonderful communicator of these often-times overwhelming textbooks, as she shares her real-life experiences as a Real Estate Broker and Appraiser, combined with her interpretations of the laws. Proof is in the mix of students attending her classes, some in the business for more than 30 years. And to many of us, this interaction between Rookie questions and old hare experiences reminds us why we attend these classes.
