"The food is always great, but the service is not. Already three times that I have ordered my food online to pick up and I go past the time it says it'll be ready and it is still not. What pushed my buttons was that yesterday, I ordered my wrap and smoothie and went to pick it up almost an hour after placing the order, when it says it would be ready in 15-20 min, and when I got there they still had not prepared my smoothie and I had to wait. It is frustrating because as a mall employee I order my food with time so all i have to do is pick it up so I can enjoy my short break. Very sad and disappointing."

"I got “The Billionaire” power smoothie because it has vanilla protein powder in it and I hadn’t eaten too much for the day. I’m not gonna lie, at first sip I was skeptical of the taste. But the more you drink it, the more you love it. I love that the smoothies are made with all natural ingredients. Next time, I’ll ask them to add some more sweetness to it. It’s a bit pricey for JUST a smoothie, but I believe it’s worth it because it’s healthy and you can earn points super easily with their rewards program and earn money off! So that makes it worth it. I’ll definitely be back. I’ll try some food from here next time. Wonderful customer service today from the young woman at the register. She was super sweet and wonderful with recommendations. Keep up the good customer service!"

"I ordered a chicken wrap, chicken bowl and green goddess. It took nearly 20 minutes to make the green goddess juice. I had to check on my food about 3x. The staff was rude and incompetent. They have menus overhead but no menus around the register. The staff has ABSOLUTELY NO KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE INGREDIENTS IN THE JUICES OR BOWLS! O ZERO, STARS DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! please get new staff and train properly before putting them to work!"
