"We are fans of Merkado 31. my wife and I visit the restaurant on north miami but we will never go back to the restaurant in Aventura. Perhaps we had a bad day, perhaps the restaurant was understaffed but it has no excuse for ignoring customers once they are seated. It took about a good 20-25 minutes for someone to uknowledge us, not even water was served. waiters passed by our table as we were invisible. when finally someone came and took our order, it took another 25 min for my food to arrive. My wife's food arrived 15 min after mine, a total terrible experience. In case someone in management want details of my visit, they should find the 2 emails I wrote them while waiting and were never answered. I was generous giving 2 stars. being ignored deserves only one."

"I used them to cater my party and it was a complete success! Everyone loved the food. I was very pleased with their service as well, from the person I dealt with on the orders to the person that made the delivery. Everyone is extremely helpful and professional. I will definitely use them again!"
