"I visited Rustiko Artisan Bistro for an early evening appetizer without a reservation, and despite the full house, we were seated outside on the sidewalk. The Quinotto, a unique dish similar to a Fettuccine Alfredo with quinoa instead of pasta, was a delightful and generously sized appetizer. I enjoyed it because it was a much lighter dish than what would be a plate of pasta. Unfortunately, the goat cheese bites were unavailable, so we opted for the crispy mini tacos, which, while tasty, seemed to overwhelm the salmon tartar with additional flavors. On a positive note, the classic pizza was a standout, boasting a deliciously thin and crunchy crust. I would gladly return for the pizza alone. On my way out I did take a peek at one of the other tables that ordered the sweet corn on the cob. It looks like it had really good flavor and I will have it on my list to try for next time."
