"I ordered last week for a pick up order. My order was over cooked. I left a survey review. They called me tool my name asked questions & told me give my number etc & I'll receive another pizza give my number I'm like that's nice & good service they didn't have to do that. I then call a few days later to give my redeem it & the guy says there no manager here & to 2 pay 21 dollars for the same 12 dollar pizza I ordered before I'm not going back. That was awful."

"I ordered a pizza for carryout the breadsticks was hard as rocks we couldn't eat them, there were barely no toppings or cheese on the pizza. I'm just so dissatisfied. That I spent my hard-earned money here. And also the customer service could improve. I didn't get a chance to take a picture of the whole pizza because I had hungry children at home but this is what "Both" pizzas looked like, all crust."
