"This is the worst Panera Bread location. Service is horrible. Most young ladies behiind the counter are impatient and have a nasty attitude. Manager is curt and feels entitled. By 10 a.m., they are out of essential items such as souffles, and they get offended when you ask why. The place does not look clean and the atmosphere is unfriendly. It should close down."

"They gave my food to the wrong person right in front of me as I was telling them it was mine (it had my name on the bag and the other lady was asking for extra items that "were missing" - clearly since it wasnt her bag or food). Asked for a refund and they told me they would process it, had to call my bank because they never did. Didn't even apologize lol."

"One of the best, if not the best, Panera locations in the area. Most of the staff are friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the service isn't horrible. I was never able to eat there because, like most restaurants, there's not a high value on sanitary food service. It's not uncommon to see the workers rubbing their hair, touching their phones, scratching skin, then returning to making food, etc. Gloves, no gloves. Nothing I could ever just look away at. I once saw one of them grab 5 or 6 loathes of bread, put it under their arms (on hairy arms, and stained clothing), then go cut the bread up and serve it to customers. Without a second thought. The breaking point for me was seeing a barista rub her hands all through her hair, straightening it, then grab coffee filters barehaded to make coffee. If that wasn't bad enough, once I bet politely informed staff about it, they did nothing. The coffee was served to customers. I'd had enough. If you're like most & you don't care how your food is prepared, you'll love this location & find no problem. If you want good food, good service, and clean prep, you'll eventually see something absolutely disgusting that they won't find that big of a deal. You'll probably get treated like the bad guy for even having the audacity to respectfully bring it up. They have a few workers who go above and beyond to provide 360 great service. The rest I'd be hesitant to let feed my animals. And it doesn't help that they get offended if you kindly point out their unsanitary habits as a paying customer."

"There is no Panera around the world which don’t satisfied me. I liked everything here. It’s an excellent Choice to get a delicious bread. I love the tomato and basil, my hubby loves the artisan ciabatta. Thanks for the amazing service and food"
