"Horrible service. They messed up on the order than tried to blame me. I had to show them my receipt to show them it was ordered correctly. Then the guy tells me the burger doesn’t come that way. I tell him I customized it on the app, I’m just adding pickles & mustard. He continues to look at me crazy and I show him the receipt the way I ordered it. He says & I guess goes back to ask somebody to make it. I felt like they were looking at me like if I caused the problem. Not a pleasant experience & not sure if I even trust eating this burger now."
"Everything they say about this place is true. Went through the drive-thru. The lady not knowledgeable of anything, then I'm trying to tell her how I wanted my whopper and want to beat me getting mad about how I want my food prepared. Then the manager gets on the mic and his attitude isn't any better. I decided to leave because I don't want someone preparing my food with attitudes like that. You'll never spending my food. They all need to go back to be trained. Even management.Stay away from this burger king"
