"You would think that if you received an order multiple times in a row of different subs that were separate orders from one account from someone in a different state, and for 2 days in a row, that you would look into it and maybe ask for proof of who they are?!?! Someone hacked my account and placed at least 6 orders, and the phone number listed is not in service so I can’t even call to tell them to cancel the order. Luckily, I figured out someone hacked into my subway account, but now I have to wait for 2 separate cards since mine were canceled due to fraud, if they would’ve had a working number, I could’ve found out how the ordered were being placed and taken my cards off a lot earlier but it wasn’t until the next day (today) when they used a different card in my account that lead me to look at the app itself. I’m definitely not ordering subs from a subway that would take me 2 days to get to!"
