"Good cooking taste and flavor, but ordering for seniors or apps ileterate is a nightmare. No cashier available. Two interactive kiosks, only one working and people in line waiting for the one in front of the ordering kiosk wondering the menus and checking the food calories. Definitely I'll choice a different fast food restaurant who wants to give a good customer service to the clientele."
""Red" is extremely rude! I had an encounter with her at the drive thru last night which was absolutely appalling. She asked me to move forward because my order wasn't ready. When I objected, she stated she had a timer going and she needs me to move. Again, I didn't pull forward. At this point, I hear an associate say, "her order is ready". Red then turns around and walks away from the window while she said, "give it to her so she can get out of here". She thought I didn't hear her, but I did. When I confronted her, she denied it, of course and apologized in a sarcastic tone. She is very rude and dismissive when speaking with customers. This was not my first encounter with her. Please place her in the BOH where she doesn't have to engage with customers because clearly she is not capable of doing so in a professional manner. I would treat customers nicer, particularly when you're across the street from a Chick-fil-A. I'm going to pray for you, Red. God bless."
"Old lady rudely refused to take my order at the counter when the machine didn’t have what I wanted. Then they messed up my order and gave me rice with gravy instead of mashed potatoes!?!? Who would ever want rice with gravy! Also the person at the drive through was rude and kept rushing me. Terrible service."
"It’s a Newley built Popeyes but the service is slow. Customer service is great, honestly the most respectful people I’ve ever seen at a Popeyes lol. But these guys can do a little better with the food. My chicken sandwich need more sauce, my fries were soggy. Maybe I came on an off day hopefully it gets better"
