"I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 8:35pm and I arrived 7 mins before time. I paid the order in advance. I went inside at 8:36pm and my order wasn't ready. I inquired with the associate about the eta at about 8:45pm she said about 10 mins it was being worked on. Ihad to constantly inquire about the eta of my food. It was not a pleasant experience at all. I did not receive my order until 9:25pm. I'm really disappointed in the lack of consistency and preparation for customers. I would NEVER go back to yours wingstop possibly any other for that matter."
"I ordered online at 20:04 it said will be 16-21 minutes. I walked inside at 20:25 place was crowded at least 20 people and everyone standing there no workers at the front so none acknowledged me, no workers taking orders nothing!!!! they called names once every 10 minutes I stood there holding my toddler for 30 minutes literally standing. I tried to call the phone number the line was busy wouldn’t ring. I left without my food or money bc it was that bad."
"Avoid this place completely. They must only hire inept people. We did an Uber eats pickup order that showed it was ready and they must have given the order to someone else. Instead of admitting to their fault and prioritize remaking the order we waited an additional 40 minutes for them to prep the food. Walk-ins came in and got their food faster. No sense of urgency, no prioritization. This place is poorly managed and the owner is equally culpable. So many bad reviews over time and issues have not been corrected."
"Their food is fresh. I love the taste of the wings. The fries are not my favorite but you can tell they are real fries with no preservatives. You have to eat it right away. The place is clean. The lady has taken my order wrong a couple of times but she is very professional. The store doesn't have a drive thru which is a downer. They take a while to prepare your order. They cook as you order which I love."
