"I’ve typically chosen Pei Wei for decent fast food, but my recent experience was a bit jarring. Imagine my surprise when I found a rather large piece of plastic in my chicken (ironically, it wasn’t quite the “crunch” I was expecting). Brought it to the cashier’s attention and she promptly replaced my meal. The place is alright, but if you visit, maybe specify that you’d prefer your meal “plastic-free.” Overall, a 5/10 experience."
