"We went here for Valentines dinner and got two of the items off the specialty menu. The scallops and lobster risotto were AMAZING, and so was the prime rib! Great service and drinks from our bartender Taryn as well. We will definitely be back!"

"We failed to make a reservation at the NYY Steakhouse, which is our normal haunt on Wednesday evenings. Obviously, being Valentine's Day, and NYY was 10 reservations deep, we couldn't get in. We opted for Sorrisi. Honestly, we weren't happy about having to "settle". We had experienced bad service in the past, but I can tell you that our server, Izabella, was a gem. She was attentive, compassionate, and concerned about our experience. She shared personal details about her life, and she sincerely cared about the level of service that she was providing. She candidly told us that she had had a very bad day, with several rude customers, but honestly we could not see any evidence of that in her level of service or demeanor. I have to give the young lady credit, because if I had as bad a day as she explained to me that she had, I cannot say that I would have been as sweet, caring and kind as she was to us. Then I learned she was very new. Wow, that's all I can say... great attitude, delicious food, and attention to detail. We will definitely return, and ask for Izabella... One who cares."

"First things to My host Angie Kittendorf. She is amazing and genuine! I had the chicken cutlet Parmesan and they made it with the spicy ala vodka sauce Instead of regular red sauce. It was phenomenal. Will definitely be there again."

"Our meal at Sorrisi featured great food, good service, average prices, but our lungs were forced to endure all the second hand smoke we inhaled. Except for the Pavilion area, the entire casino is full of smoke filled air. Smoking is permitted on the main casino floor and this is the consequence. We knew that, but still wanted to try Sorrisi. We really underestimated just how much smoke there was in the air. Of the various restaurant options in Seminole Coconut Creek casino, this may be the most reasonable for the budget conscious diner, as the deli is overpriced for deli food, and the steak house is super expensive. Sorrisi serves Italian food at a reasonable price, in an upscale setting, so that's why we tried it. The salmon dinner was excellent, too notch in every way. The chicken parm was also very good. Service was very good to begin with, but as the place filled up and our waitress had to attend to more tables, it got slow. Still, we appreciated the hustling she did get to us as quickly as she could. The back and forth with the credit card payment was really slow though. Personally, I don't like when a server disappears with my card, and worse yet when the card is out of my hands for a long period of time. Management should adopt a more modern payment system where the customer pays at the table."

"My wife and I have this restaurant a chance on New Year’s Eve, it was a little busy but that had no impact on the service or care provided to us by the staff. The manager, Cory, came over multiple times to make sure we were happy with the food and the service. You would’ve thought we were in his kitchen for a family dinner instead of out to eat. The atmosphere and food were amazing as well, I recommend the blackened chicken Alfredo and espresso cheesecake. We will definitely be coming back to here very soon to have more of those coco-Toni’s Cory recommended"
