"9/7/2023 **update** location temporarily shut down after inspection by dept of health. Full inspection report can be found online at myfloridalicense inspection detail. License # SEA1619225 9/3/2023 There was a dead cockroach in my food. Went to talk to the manager who was surprised because "the food is covered." I asked for my money back. She asked if we were sure we didn't want them to remake the food. What?!? Not only did I completely lose my appetite, but I could not imagine them making more food for ANYONE that day. There was no apology. She did refund my money and we threw everything away. Thankfully we hadn't started eating. For full transparency, I left the same review on Taco Bell (same address but different reviews). The department of health and corporate office has been contacted."
"Came in today with my coworkers for 5 mashed potato bowls. Such a disappointment. Everyone agreed the popcorn chicken looked old but we tried it anyway. Absolutely gross. It tasted like it was several days old. Never again."
"Hadn't been to KFC in over 3-years. A visiting family member loves KFC and we got the 12-piece Original bucket. Pleasantly surprised for sure. Has KFC changed the original recipe a bit? The chicken was less oily than usual and definitely felt healthier. Service was very courteous. Although, you may want them to double bag bigger orders. My order almost fell through the bag as the man passed it through the window. Great service. Might give it a try again soon."
