"ordered off uber eats, my food was t ready for 45 minutes, it was 11 at night ok not busy hours but whatever, i ordered a 9 pc nugget meal, 2 cookies, and they only gave me 6 nuggets which were so rock hard i couldn’t eat, 1 cookie, no straw for my drink, and no sauce or anything like i ordered.. on top of that my bag wasn’t properly sealed by arby’s . very disappointing because i this was my plan b meal for tonight as plan a failed, i’m hungry tired and now very disappointed. do better arbys"

"I recently ate at this location and ordered the number five which is a chicken bacon Swiss combo. I was eating my sandwich and it was hot on the outside, but on the inside of the sandwich, it was raw. I took the rest of the sandwich back, and they asked me if I wanted another sandwich. I said no I just wanted a refund. Hours later still throwing up, still feeling nauseous I just think that this is ridiculous, and disgusting as you can see in the pictures. Raw chicken as you know can carry bacteria like salmonella."
