"I forgot my wallet and only had a 100.00 bill, was refused service, they said they aren’t allowed to take 100 dollar bills. When did paying cash cause you to not be able to eat? My wife finally came and had her wallet, needless to say they didn’t get a tip."

"The burger is ok! Used to be better! As you can see my cheese isn’t melted… The burger is good, but the service is terrible. The front desk attendant was terrible, he kept talking to someone in the back, hauling back and forth while getting my order at the same time, not giving the client the proper attention… As I told before, the burger used go be better, i was really disappointed to see that, they didn’t even melted the cheese… Total Lack of commitment in the quality of the preparation of the burger."

"My son and I happened to be in the area and I had a serious craving for fries. He has been asking for five guys for weeks and happened to come across this one. We just left, the place is super clean, service is SUPER nice and kind. Food was made the best from any fast food restaurant I’ve been to in the Delray/Boca area. I would literally come out of my way to come back to this favor guy location."

"My husband and I just left five guys and had such a positive experience. From the time we walked in the door until the time we walked out of the door, the staff was friendly and attentive. Customer service should be commended. We were promptly greeted, and everybody waved and said goodbye when we left. The food was great, our order turned out perfectly, and the overall experience was good. In a world where people typically do not want to work, and customer service is nonexistent, the employees at the store today were absolutely perfect."

"Great food, fast and friendly service, decent prices for the quality. Burgers are made fresh quickly while you wait and taste fantastic, hot dogs are just as good and the fries are phenomenal. Highly recommend this location as they get it right from a food preparation and customer service standpoint every time."
