"It’s not an inviting place to enjoy a meal, but it’s clean enough and the staff have been very nice the two times I’ve been. I get the boneless chicken entree $9.49. Good value. Been good twice in a row. Get some."
"I got a kids meal an they barley gave me any food I came back an explained to them what was wrong an they was very rude about it made it seem like I was tripping or going crazy when it was really no food In my bowl they were very rude never again will I go to this one"
"Great food with a very unprofessional staff that lacks any knowledge of customer service. My wife ordered a family order today and when she picked up and got back home we were missing 5 items. My wife drove back to get the missing items and when she arrived she was made to feel as if she was lying, never got an apology and was basically treated like she was trying to scam the business of these items. One of the employees even claimed that they wouldn’t make an error like this. Suffice to say they finally gave my wife the missing items but embarrassed her in the process. Check your food before leaving unless you enjoy getting treated like a criminal. Terrible customer service"
"I moved out of Florida years ago. Every time I come home, I make it a point to go to pollo tropical. While I enjoyed my food and the visit, the meat was slightly overcooked and they forgot my sauces. The curry mustard is my favorite and one of the main reasons I go there. I was disappointed."
"Horrible restaurant when it comes down to getting your food delivered. I ordered food numerous times to get delivered to me. They will send the food but no drink. When you call to speak to someone about these matters, no one is there to pick up the phone."
