"Horrible company. They discriminate against Christians. I was hired for tech support, i had a hire date and new hire package. Until during a great email correspondence? I said, "God Bless" Immediately after the email? I had my emails and phone calls blocked. Completely ghosted for saying, "God Bless" This company is for scientologist ONLY! If you walk with God, do not do business with this company"

"I found all your products to be of the best quality. The most outstanding part of your business is the employees and the way they treat your customers. I am far from what you consider a traditional bicycle rider, but I recently purchased an electric bicycle from another company and your employees were so professional and took the time to speak to someone like me to help inform me better about accessories and things that I would need for a bike that I did not even purchase from you. Your guys in Clearwater Josh, James, Patrick were All outstanding it's amazing how customer service like that can really make someone feel. I went into your store with a little hesitation on how I would be treated as the stores that I have been to in Massachusetts have not been very welcoming . All I did was go into the store to poke around and familiarize myself with actual product in hand and your staff helped me so much I left with the most appropriate things that I need it for my new bike both comfort and safety wise. I was looking for a more comfortable seat and Joshua brought me to the direction where I really needed to go which was buying a helmet and some Daytime lighting , I'm not one to wear a helmet but his experience really made me make my decision on what I needed . I purchased the seat, helmet and the lighting! Thank you very much, I will be continuing to purchase items from you through online just to show my support and appreciation for the tremendous service I received, and I intend to visit when I permanently move to the Clearwater area. "I have been going to David’s for years and have bought numerous bikes, clothing and accessories from them. I always like their expertice and willingness to help. They will order your bike from another store without hesitation and set you up- pronto. Their products are very high quality."

"Purchased their software in 2008, Had trouble with it from the start, Their support was terrible. When I called support they always said it wasn't working right because I needed to pay for an upgrade. When I pay for something I expect it to work. If something in the software is broken I should not have to pay for patches to fix shoddy programming. I lost $500 to this company, eventually I just threw the craptastic software in the trash. I do not recommend anyone purchase their software."
