"Took in too many children too quickly. Most of the staff is supportive and amazing, but also streched so thin. Took over a month get get desks in all the class rooms, had children sitting on the floor in the interim. You will find a very attentive principal, which i am very grateful for. I was excited for my child to attend as the school offered so much, with the north location open and which my child attends, they said students would travel to the south location once month to be able to take advantage of their science lab, they went once. This is my childs 2nd year at the north location and they have gone one time. Students/parents pull together for trips, like Ireland, England, north location was not informed of this, i was told the south location sent an email to the north location. My daughter has not had to write a paper all year thus far. She had a lot of homework "prep work", which is fine, normally a work book or spanish work, occasionally civics home work and math. With a math teacher that tells the class to look it up on utube. Im not complaining about the amounts of work, a good education is worth a sacrifice absolutely. My child is in the national honor society and all almost all accelerated classes- They are suppose to be " in the world of technology" i taught my child how to use microsoft word. I feel like taking on too many kids too quickly did more harm than good to any one."

"An amazing educational experience if you're willing to sacrifice. Great school, great teachers, great environment. That said, the bus routes are frequently overcrowded (occasionally dangerously) and can be very long. My child's pick up time is just after 7am and drop off is just after 6pm (yes 11 hour days). If you decide to send your child to Bok, expect to do your part and teach your child time management skills due to a great deal of prep work (homework). This school is huge confidence builder, but expect some stumbles from your child first."

"The schools buses are packed, you're supposed to be out of the middle and have a seatbelt on but it is not possible for you to do sobbecause you are jammed into a three seater and half of your body is in the middle, teachers at schools are amazing they're respectful and kind but of course since you have to cross the street it is a little hectic to get there and is easy to be late"
